DEAR FRIENDS,
The Friends & Family of the Manning’s with the Westfield FMBA are hosting a
Tricky Tray auction on Thursday, April 2nd, 2009 at the Westwood in Garwood.
The proceeds of this event will go to the Manning Family for medical bills
and assistance with their 2 boys, Craigie and Marc.
Craigie, age 6, and Marc, age 3, were both recently diagnosed with
Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
Duchenne is a devastating disorder
that robs young men of their mobility, their independence,
and sadly their life.
The Mannings reside in Garwood
and Craig Sr. is both a Westfield Fireman and a Garwood volunteer fireman
We will be raffling off themed baskets.
We would greatly appreciate any contributions, such as
samples of your product, gift cards or perhaps gift(s) to be used as prizes.
Monetary donations are greatly appreciated as well (payable to the FMBA)
. With your help and cooperation, we will have the opportunity to make this
Tricky Tray a great success.
There will be special recognition to all companies
that donate in a booster book that will be given to all that attend.
There will also be a sticker on the outside of the basket showing who donated it.
A member of the committee will gratefully pick up anything you care to donate
if you let us know when it is convenient. Donations can also be mailed to:
